CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS WILL RISK LOSING THEIR DEPOSIT.

WE REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE FOR DESIGN CHANGES. CHANGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND IS THE ARTISTS’ DISCRETION.
CLIENTS WHO ARE INTOXICATED OR WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION WILL NOT BE TATTOOED, RESULTING IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
WE PROVIDE ONE FREE TOUCH-UP FOR UP TO ONE YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT (APPLICABLE TO RESIDENT ARTISTS ONLY). THIS EXCLUDES TATTOOS DONE ON HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS SUCH AS HANDS, FACE, AND FEET. TOUCH-UPS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT MET. PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE FOR APPOINTMENT CHANGES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL REQUIRE DEPOSITS FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS.
